Sharwood Curry Powder Mild 102g

INGREDIENTS: ground coriander seeds 44%, ground fenugreek seeds, ground turmeric, ground cumin seeds, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, rice flour, ground cinnamon 1.5%, ground cloves, anti-caking agent (E551), ground paprika, ground black pepper, chilli powder, ground fennel seeds, natural pepper flavouring. Recipe suggestion: Chicken Korma — heat 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a saucepan. Add 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 chopped onions and fry for 15–20 minutes until golden and soft. Add 4 tbsp of the product to coat the onion and fry for 1–2 minutes. Add 3 diced chicken breasts and fry for 5 minutes. Add 240ml of cream and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. Best before endlot: see base of pack.
