Mor Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce 500g

Ingredients: water, sugar, reconstituted tomato purée, pineapple 8% (pineapple, pineapple juice), onion 8%, carrots 6%, red pepper 3.5%, green pepper 3.5%, modified corn starch, BARLEY malt vinegar, pineapple juice from concentrates, spirit vinegar, salt, ground ginger, coloring (E160c), black pepper. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of TREE NUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 307kJ 72kcal, fat 0.1g, saturated 0.1g, carbohydrates 17g, sugars 13g, fiber 0.5g, protein 0.3g, salt 0.7g. Product of the United Kingdom. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the next 3 days. PREPARATION: PAN WOK: heat 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil. Add 4 skinless chicken breasts diced and fry over medium heat for 3–4min or until lightly browned. Add the sauce. Heat gently for 15min, stirring frequently. Serve hot.
