INGREDIENTS: potato starch, corn starch, tomato powder, WHEAT flour, salt, onion powder, yeast extract powder, malted BARLEY extract, spices (paprika, black pepper), maltodextrin, palm fat, sugar, herbs (parsley, thyme), garlic powder, lemon powder, flavouring (with WHEAT and SOYA), citric acid, onion extract (corn (maltodextrin), flavourings, emulsifier (E471)), white wine extract (maltodextrin, white wine concentrate). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of CELERY, EGG, MILK, MUSTARD. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 297kJ 70kcal, fat 1.3g, saturates 0.5g, carbohydrates 4.1g, sugars 2g, fibre 0.7g, protein 10g, salt 0.35g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: OVEN (preheat 180°C). Put 450g diced beef, 2 medium sliced onions and 2–3 sliced carrots in an ovenproof casserole. Mix sachet contents with 425ml water and add.
