Mor Shepherds Pie Dry Sauce Mix 39g

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, potato starch, salt, tomato powder, onion powder, yeast extract powder, aromatic herbs (sage, oregano), BARLEY malt extract, palm fat, garlic powder, LACTOSE, caramelized sugar syrup, spices (black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper), flavoring (with SOYA, WHEAT), maltodextrin, powdered caramelized sugar, sugar, CELERY powder. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of EGG, MUSTARD. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 520kJ 124kcal, fat 6.7g, saturated 3.2g, carbohydrates 8.9g, sugars 1.4g, fiber 1.1g, protein 6.7g, salt 0.58g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil in a pan and fry 450g of minced meat (lamb beef) with 1 medium onion chopped, until browned. Add 300ml of cold water and mix in the contents of the sachet. Add 2 thinly sliced carrots. Preheat oven to 200ºC. Place mixture in an ovenproof dish and cover with 700g of mashed potatoes.
