Betty Crocker Lemon Icing 400g

Ingredients: sugar, palm fat, water, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers (E471, E435, E481), salt, flavouring, preservative (E202), stabiliser (E450), acidity regulators (E524, E330), colours (E160a). ALLERGENS: may contain traces of MILK. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1791kJ426kcal, fat 15.5g (saturates 8.5g), carbohydrates 71.7g (sugars 69.2g), protein 0g, salt 0.61g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate for up to 30 days. Directions: spread or apply over cakes or cupcakes. For glazing: spread a very thin layer over a cooled cake. Microwave 20 s (800W) without foil, uncovered, and stir until smooth; heat a further 5–10 s if needed. Pour over cake to drip down sides.
