Ingredients: icing sugar, fortified WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder (7%), palm oil, dark chocolate chips (6%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins), flavouring), white chocolate chips (6%) (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins), flavouring), maize flour, rapeseed oil, raising agents (E341, E500ii). PREPARATION: mix the pack with 1 medium egg, 30ml cold water and 20ml vegetable oil to make a batter, pour into a greased and floured square tin, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC on the middle shelf for 18 min for a softer brownie or 20–25 min for a firmer one, leave to cool in the tin and cut into 12 squares.
