NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 436kJ104kcal, fat 3.8g, saturates 2.6g, carbohydrates 15g, sugars 9.1g, fibre 0.4g, protein 2.2g, salt 0.1g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to a non-metallic airtight container, refrigerate and use within 3 days. PREPARATION: Can be eaten hot or cold. For best results microwave heat. Empty contents into a non-metallic bowl, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 1 minute (800W), 1 12 minutes (700W), stir then heat on full power for another 1 minute (800W), 1 minute (700W).
