INGREDIENTS: pork gelatine, colours (beetroot red, anthocyanins), acidulants (malic acid, fumaric acid), acidity regulator: trisodium citrate; flavouring, sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame K). Contains a source of phenylalanine. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1045kJ245kcal, fat 0g, saturates 0g, carbohydrates 6.5g, sugars 4g, protein 55g, salt 3.2g. Made in England. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: Dissolve in a jugbowl with 285ml boiling water. Add 285ml cold water, stir, pour into a dishmould, allow to cool and refrigerate. Note: fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya will prevent the jelly from setting. Best beforelot: see pack.
