NUTRITION per 100g: energy 1494kJ355kcal, fat 6.3g, saturates 1g, carbohydrates 56g, sugars 1.1g, fibre 12g, protein 13g, salt 0.03g. Country of origin: UK. Store cool and dry. Preparation: Hob—bring 40g per serving to the boil in 300ml cold water or milk, simmer 3–4 min, stirring. Microwave (850W): 3 min, stir, heat 2 min more, stand 1 min. Add salt or sugar to taste.
