Ingredients: fortified WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt, vegetable oils (palm, palm kernel, rapeseed), skimmed MILK powder, corn starch, maltodextrin, dehydrated parsley (4%), LACTOSE, onion powder, yeast extract, emulsifier (E471), garlic powder, flavorings (contain CELERY), SOYA flour. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 278kJ 66kcal, fat 2.2g, saturated 1.3g, carbohydrates 8.1g, sugars 5.1g, fiber 0.5g, protein 3.8g, salt 0.6g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: mix the contents with 280ml of cold semi-skimmed milk. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Best before batch: see back of pack.
