INGREDIENTS: sugar, fortified WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin (B3), thiamine (B1)), vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, palm kernel), curry powder (11%) (coriander, turmeric, cumin, ginger, cassia, fenugreek, chilli, cloves, salt, fennel, black pepper, garlic powder, MUSTARD flour), tomato powder, maltodextrin, salt, flavourings (contain CELERY), emulsifier (E471), flavour enhancers (E621, E635), citric acid, colour (E150c), SOYA flour, WHEY protein. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, including cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1787kJ426kcal, fat 17g, saturates 6.9g, carbohydrates 62g, sugars 32g, fibre 1.3g, protein 6.1g, salt 8g. Store in a cool, dry place. Close the lid after each use. Preparation: Mix 25g of product with 100ml of hot water in a saucepan and stir until smooth. Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
