High in fibre and a source of protein. INGREDIENTS: Whole DURUM WHEAT semolina. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of EGG, SOYA. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1452kJ343kcal, fat 1.9g, saturates 0.6g, carbohydrates 65g, sugars 4.3g, fibre 7g, protein 13g, salt 0.01g. Made in Italy, with wheat from the EU and other countries. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the bag closed with the adhesive provided. PREPARATION: SAUCEPAN: Add the pasta to a saucepan with boiling water, stir and bring back to the boil. Simmer for 9–11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve immediately.
