INGREDIENTS: whole DURUM WHEAT semolina 100%. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 603kJ143kcal, fat 1.1g, saturates 0.3g, carbohydrates 27g, sugars 1.5g, fibre 3.7g, protein 4.3g, salt traces. Product of Italy, made with wheat from the EU and other countries. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the bag closed after each use. PREPARATION: 75g per person. SAUCEPAN: place the pasta in boiling water with a little salt. Stir and cook for 10 min (al dente) or 12 min if you prefer it softer. Drain and serve with your favourite recipe. Serve hot.
