Mor Chinese Curry Cooking Sauce 500g

Ingredients: water, onion 11%, peas 5%, modified corn starch, spices (fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, coriander, star anise, chili powder, black pepper, cassia, clove, cardamom), coconut, rapeseed oil, sugar, salt, acidity regulators (E270, E330), onion powder, glucose syrup, dehydrated garlic, garlic powder, coconut extract, yeast extract, soy sauce powder (maltodextrin, SOY, WHEAT), maltodextrin, sunflower oil. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 189kJ 45kcal, fat 0.5g, saturated 0.1g, carbohydrates 8.9g, sugars 3.3g, fiber 0.7g, protein 0.9g, salt 0.62g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the next 3 days. PREPARATION: PAN WOK: heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil and fry 500g of diced chicken breast for 3min until browned. Add the sauce and cook over medium heat for 15–20min until well done. For a vegetarian version, use vegetables or a meat alternative. Serve with rice. Serve hot.
