Mor Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce 120g

Ingredients: water, sugar, soy sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt), spring onion, garlic, modified corn starch, yellow onion, ginger, salted chili (chili, salt), SESAME oil, coloring (E150a), yeast extract, spirit vinegar, acidity regulator (E270). ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of PEANUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 330kJ 78kcal, fat 0.9g, saturated 0.2g, carbohydrates 17g, sugars 12g, fiber 0g, protein 0.9g, salt 0.95g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the next 3 days. PREPARATION: Prepare 125g of noodles. PAN WOK: heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add 200g of diced chicken or aubergine and fry 2–3min until almost cooked. Add 125g of corn, 1 carrot, 75g of mushrooms, 1 sliced spring onion and stir-fry 4–5min. Add the noodles and the sauce, stir-frying 2–3min until the noodles are hot. Add a splash of soy sauce (if needed), garnish with spring onion and serve. Best before end of batch: see pack.
