Mor Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce 120g

Ingredients: water, sugar, tomato paste, modified corn starch, green pepper, red pepper, pineapple, acidity regulator (E260, E330), red onion, carrot, rice vinegar, soy sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT, salt), plum purée, ginger, garlic flakes, SOY oil, stabilizer (E415), coloring (E160c). ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of PEANUTS, SESAME. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 500kJ 118kcal, fat 0g, saturated 0g, carbohydrates 29g, sugars 26g, fiber 0g, protein 0.3g, salt 0.09g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the next 3 days. PREPARATION: PAN WOK: heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add 200g of diced chicken or tofu and stir-fry 2–3min until almost cooked, lightly browned. Add 1 sliced red pepper and 1 chopped onion, stir-fry 3–4min. Pour in one sachet of sauce, add sliced Pak Choi and fry 1–2min more. Best before end of batch: see pack.
