Mor Traditional Custard Powder 300g
INGREDIENTS: Conrflour, salt, flavourings, colour (E160bii). NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 331kJ79kcal, fat 1.7g, saturates 1.1g, carbohydrates 12g, sugars 6.2g, fibre 0.2g, protein 3.7g, salt 0.13g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: HOB: Put 2 tbsp (36g) custard powder in a bowl with 1 tbsp (18g) sugar. Mix with a little of the 568ml milk to make a smooth paste. Heat the remaining milk until almost boiling and pour over the paste, stirring well. Return to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. MICROWAVE: Mix as above, add remaining milk, cover and cook on full power 3 min (850W) or 4 min (750W). Stir well, then cook a further 2 min 30 sec (both 850W750W). Stir and serve.
