High in fibre, iron, thiamin. INGREDIENTS: organic wholegrain OAT flakes (100%). ALLERGENS: in UPPERCASE. NUTRITION per 100g: energy 1566kJ371kcal, fat 5.8g, saturates 1g, carbohydrates 64g, sugars 0.9g, fibre 8.3g, protein 11g, salt 0.01g. Iron 3.6mg, Thiamin 0.36mg. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Ireland. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: HOB—mix one cup (80g) oats with 2½ cups (550ml) cold watermilk. Bring to the boil and simmer 5 min, stirring continuously. MICROWAVE (900W)—mix ½ cup (40g) oats with 1 cup (220ml) cold watermilk in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Heat 2½–3 min, stir and serve. CAUTION: hot. Best beforelot: see back.
