Mor Parsley Dry Sauce Mix 21g

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, salt, parsley 5%, sugar, yeast extract, flavorings, palm oil, onion powder, glucose syrup, nutmeg, spinach powder, emulsifier (E471), stabilizer (E340), curcumin. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of CELERY, EGG, MILK, MUSTARD, SOYA. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 334kJ 79kcal, fat 2.6g, saturated 1.7g, carbohydrates 9.2g, sugars 5.4g, fiber 0.6g, protein 4.6g, salt 0.72g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: SAUCEPAN: mix the contents with 300ml of cold semi-skimmed milk. Bring to the boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 1min on low heat, stirring occasionally. MICROWAVE: Measure 300ml of cold semi-skimmed milk and mix the contents with a little milk (50ml) in a 1L microwave-safe container, until a smooth cream is obtained. Add the rest of the milk. Heat for 1min 30s (900W 800W). Stir and heat for 2min 30s (900W) 3min 30s (800W), stirring every 30s until the sauce has thickened. Serve hot. Best before end of batch: see pack.
