Ingredients: couscous 84% (durum WHEAT semolina), maltodextrin, sun-dried tomato 3%, tomato powder 3%, palm oil, onion powder, flavorings (with BARLEY), garlic powder, sugar, dried herbs, colorant (E160c), salt, smoked paprika, acidulant (E330), cayenne pepper, black pepper. Allergens: in capitals, contains cereals with GLUTEN. May contain traces of EGG, MILK, MUSTARD, SOYA. Nutritional information per 100ml (prepared): energy 617kJ146kcal, fat 1.1g, saturated 0.3g, carbohydrates 28g, sugars 1.2g, fiber 1.4g, protein 5.6g, salt 0.29g. Product of the UK. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: empty contents into a bowl, add 170ml boiling water and stir well. Leave to stand for 5 min until water is absorbed. Fluff grains with a fork and serve hot.
