Mor Lasagne Sheets 500g
INGREDIENTS: DURUM WHEAT semolina 100%. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 659kJ156kcal, fat 0.8g, saturates 0.2g, carbohydrates 31g, sugars 1.2g, fibre 1.8g, protein 4.9g, salt traces. Product of Italy, made with wheat from the EU and other countries. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: approx. 75g of uncooked pasta per person. No pre-cooking required. However, if desired, bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil and add a small amount of olive oil to the water to prevent the sheets from sticking together. Add the pasta and bring back to the boil. Cook uncovered for 10 min “al dente” or 12 min for a softer texture. Drain well and use in your recipe as usual. Best before endlot: see base of pack.
