Mor Black Bean Cooking Sauce 500g

Ingredients: water, red pepper 16%, onion 5%, sugar, black SOY beans 3%, modified corn starch, BARLEY malt vinegar, soy sauce (water, sugar, rice vinegar, SOY, WHEAT, salt), garlic purée, ginger purée, SESAME oil, salt, spices, acidity regulator (E270), BARLEY malt extract, yeast extract, concentrated carrot juice, concentrated mushroom juice, flavoring, concentrated onion juice, dried tomato, dried onion. ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 228kJ 54kcal, fat 0.9g, saturated 0.2g, carbohydrates 11g, sugars 5.8g, fiber 0.7g, protein 0.5g, salt 0.63g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within the next 3 days. PREPARATION: PAN WOK: heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil and fry 500g of diced chicken breast for 3min until browned. Add the sauce and cook over medium heat for 15–20min until well done. For a vegetarian version, use vegetables or a meat alternative. Serve with rice. Serve hot.
