INGREDIENTS: Raisins (28%), sugar, WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), cider (12%), sultanas (10%), vegetable oils (shea, coconut), water, humectant (glycerol), candied citrus peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sugar, acidity regulator (E330)), sherry (2%), rum (1%), orange peel, cane molasses, lemon peel, salt, mixed spices (coriander, cinnamon, cloves, fennel, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom), flavouring, yeast. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. May contain traces of NUTS. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1349kJ320kcal, fat 6.7g, saturates 4g, carbohydrates 59g, sugars 45g, fibre 5g, protein 2.6g, salt 0.2g. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: MICROWAVE (800W). Remove from pack and pierce film several times. Heat 2 min 30 s. Wait 1 min before serving. Saucepan: Place on a saucer or upturned plate in a pan with enough water to reach halfway up the pudding basin. Bring to the boil and simmer 1 hour (do not let the water boil dry).
