Great Scot Pearl Barley 500g
INGREDIENTS: pearl BARLEY. Do not consume raw. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 380kJ 90kcal, fat 0.1g, saturates trace, carbohydrates 18g, sugars 0.2g, fibre 2.7g, protein 3.2g, salt 0.1g. Product of various countries, packed in the UK. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in an airtight container. PREPARATION: No soaking required. Rinse well and place 100g barley with 500ml water in a saucepan. Boil 10 min, reduce heat and simmer 50 min or until tender. Drain, rinse and use. Best beforelot: see side of pack.
