Betty Crocker Zesty Lemon Cake Mix 425g

Ingredients: sugar, WHEAT flour, palm fat, raising agents (E341, E500), corn starch, emulsifiers (E477, E471, E481), dextrose, salt, flavouring, stabiliser (E415), acidity regulator (E330), colour (E160a), flour treatment agent (E300). ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. May contain traces of MILK, EGG, SOYA. NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 1652kJ390kcal, fat 4.6g (saturates 2.6g), carbohydrates 80g (sugars 47g), fibre 1.3g, protein 6.1g, salt 1.3g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C for cupcakes). Grease tins and preferably line with baking paper. Beat the mix with 100g melted butter or 90ml vegetable oil, 180ml water or milk and 3 eggs on low speed for 30 s, then on higher speed for 2 min. Pour into tins. Bake 23–28 min or until a skewer comes out clean. Cupcakes 18–22 min. Cool 10 min before removing. Allow to cool completely, then fill and ice. Best beforelot: see top of pack.
