Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix 425g

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, dehydrated carrot (5%), dextrose, raising agents: calcium phosphates, sodium carbonates; palm fat, corn starch, emulsifiers: propylene glycol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; salt, stabilisers: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum; colouring: ammonium sulphite caramel; spices, flavourings, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid). Nutrition information per 100g: energy 1571kJ371kcal, fat 4g (saturates 2.4g), carbohydrates 76.4g (sugars 46.6g), fibre 2.6g, protein 6.1g, salt 1.24g. Store in a cool, dry place. Preparation: Beat 3 medium eggs, 200ml water (or milk), 105ml oil (or 110g butter) and the mix for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour into a greased, lined cake tin or muffin cases.
