Ben's Classic Basmati Rice 220g

INGREDIENTS: steamed basmati rice (98%), vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions). NUTRITION INFORMATION per 100g: energy 600kJ142kcal, fat 1.6g, saturates 0.1g, carbohydrate 29g, sugars 0.5g, fibre 0.5g, protein 3.1g, salt 0.01g. Store cool at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate any unheated rice and use within 3 days. Preparation : Saucepan: Squeeze pouch to separate rice; boil 30ml water, add rice, cover and gently heat 3 min. Microwave: Squeeze pouch, tear corner slightly and heat 2 min (700W) or 90s (900W). Stir before serving. Best before endlot: see pack.
