ALLERGENS: in CAPITAL LETTERS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g: energy 188kJ45kcal, fat 0.9g, of which saturates 0.1g, carbohydrates 7.2g, of which sugars 2.8g, fiber 1.7g, protein 1.2g, salt 0.46g. Product of the United Kingdom. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate in a lidded non-metallic container and consume within the next 2 days. Preparation: SAUCEPAN: heat over a moderate heat for 3–4 min, stirring occasionally until hot. Do not boil. Microwave: heat in a microwave-safe container (800W 3–3 12 min 900W 2 12–3 min).
