Mor Cheese Dry Sauce Mix 30g

INGREDIENTS: fortified WHEAT flour (with iron, thiamin, niacin, calcium), cheese powder (MILK) 29%, corn starch, skimmed MILK powder, salt, yeast extract (with BARLEY), whey powder (MILK), MUSTARD powder, maltodextrin, flavouring, LACTOSE, acacia gum, colours (E160c, E100), yeast. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 339kJ 81kcal, fat 2.5g, saturates 1.5g, carbohydrates 9.4g, sugars 1.6g, fibre 0.6g, protein 4.8g, salt 0.8g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: SAUCEPAN: mix contents with 280ml cold semi-skimmed milk, bring to the boil over a moderate heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 min, stirring. MICROWAVE: measure 280ml cold semi-skimmed milk; in a 1L microwave-safe bowl blend contents with a little milk to a smooth paste, then stir in the rest.
