Mor Bolognese Dry Sauce Mix 42g

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour, tomato powder, potato starch, maltodextrin, salt, onion, sugar, LACTOSE, yeast extract, caramelised sugar, herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemary), palm fat, colour (E160c), beetroot powder, acidity regulator (E330), black pepper, flavouring, lemon powder, CELERY powder. ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, with cereals containing GLUTEN. May contain traces of EGG, MUSTARD, SOYA. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION per 100g (prepared): energy 429kJ 102kcal, fat 2.5g, saturates 0.9g, carbohydrates 9.6g, sugars 2.2g, fibre 1.1g, protein 9.6g, salt 0.37g. Store in a cool, dry place. PREPARATION: Brown 450g minced beef and 1 medium onion in 1 tsp (15ml) vegetable oil. Add 115g sliced mushrooms and fry 1–2 min more. Drain excess liquid. Stir in sachet contents, 150ml cold water, 400g canned tomatoes and 2 tbsp tomato purée (optional). Bring to the boil, stirring. Cover and simmer 15 min or until cooked, stirring occasionally. Serve with cooked, drained spaghetti and optionally Parmesan. Serve hot. Best beforelot: see pack.
