ALLERGENS: in CAPITALS, contains cereals with GLUTEN. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, consume within 4 weeks. Preparation: mix 3–4 teaspoons (25g) with 200ml of hot milk and stir. For microwave (800W): mix 3–4 teaspoons (25g) with 200ml of cold milk, stir, heat for 1 minute, stir, heat for another 30 seconds, stir again and serve. Best beforeend of lot: see base.
